OUR STORY

Udom Thai Restaurant was founded in June 2016 by Sirisuk Phaeochamnan (Mam), the owner and head chef whose vision shapes every element of the dining experience. Guided by her passion for authentic Thai cuisine, she personally oversees each stage of the culinary process, from the careful selection of fresh ingredients to the creation of signature house-made sauces and recipes. Every dish reflects both quality and soul.

At Udom Thai Restaurant, each plate is crafted with intention and inspired by her personal love of cooking. She believes that great food begins with sincerity and attention to detail. The name “Udom” means “abundance” and symbolizes the richness of Thai culinary heritage. It also honors her father, whose name inspired the restaurant and continues to guide its spirit of warmth, generosity, and dedication.
